The original culture has been tarnish by the hood management that work their not invested in the team members at all they pick and choose who and whom they want to invest in. The work environment needs to be improved and invested back into the team members not to the guest they believe the guest before they believe the team members also the managers are not friendly at all they are only friendly whenever it is employee survey time. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? But they praise the team members that are lazy and that don’t do any work at all and that also have bad attitudes and bad behaviors they are always late and never show up too work !!!! The most stressful part of this job is some team members make the job harder then it seems also the upper management sinks because they are mean and nasty for no reason it makes no sense they also take the great team members for granted as well.
